Expertise in end-to-end digital training production, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. Oversees workload planning, process improvement, and stakeholder communication for the Digital Classroom development team.


  • Manage a high-performing team of curriculum developers, lab developers, curriculum architects, and instructional designers; partners with product management, engineering, training, marketing, publishing, certification, and studio production teams to define scope, set milestones, and drive timely deliverables.

  • Designed UI/UX for training sites and led development of learning modules, ensuring alignment with Savvas branding and quality standards.
  • Managed the company's digital learning portfolio; planned site growth, subscription offerings, and training roadmaps in partnership with VPs and Directors.

Led multimedia development teams and platforms to deliver customer-facing digital training across web, tablet, and mobile for PowerSchool, Realize, Schoolnet, and Inform, adhering to SCORM standards and instructional design principles.


  • Managed full program, project, and HR responsibilities, including hiring, performance appraisals, and budget management.
  • Collaborated with SMEs, project managers, product engineers, and platform teams to interpret requirements, design layouts, and develop content aligned with UX and branding guidelines.
  • Supported large-scale customers with onboarding and ongoing training, phone and email support, and product troubleshooting.
  • Created the mLearning Guides product line, generating multi-million-dollar revenues; designed and delivered professional development training in multimedia best practices, digital tools, document management, and Google integration.
  • Produced marketing collateral — including video and electronic media — ensuring adherence to corporate branding specifications.
  • Supported the Career and Technical Education team with facilitator content development; maintained technical documentation throughout all project phases.

  • Interpreted requirements, designed layouts, and evaluated multimedia tools to support product development; developed learning plans, schedules, video, and electronic media for marketing collateral.

Designed, implemented, and maintained voice/video/data network infrastructure, systems security, and administrative software applications for the district.


  • Coordinated vendors, purchases, and district-wide inventory; managed network-related training and technology integration staff development.
  • Partnered with the Business Administrator and Superintendent to develop and maintain the district budget; secured a $10,000 Computers for Children grant, assisted in writing a Title IID grant, and coordinated annual E- Rate federal applications.
